Black Myrobalan الإهليلج

Ihllij (Terminalia chebula), also known as Black Myrobalan or Haritaki, is a powerful Ayurvedic and traditional herb prized for its detoxifying and rejuvenating effects. الإهليلج هو ثمرة جافة ذات شكل بيضاوي ولون أسود أو بني غامق، تُشتهر بفوائدها الصحية العديدة، مثل تحسين الهضم، وتنظيف الجهاز الهضمي، ودعم وظائف الكبد. كما يُستخدم كمُلين طبيعي، ومضاد للأكسدة، ومُقوٍ عام للجسم. غالبًا ما يدخل في تركيب الخلطات العشبية مثل "تريبالا" في الطب الهندي.
